Title: Business Architect

Top Responsibility
In essence, the main orientation of this role is to provide analytical expertise to support the development of the company's regional business systems and platforms, including support of the design and creation of new or enhanced products (data management, applications, reporting or analysis tools) to either client end-users or internal functions. In particular, the key responsibilities of this role are to:
1. Interface with business and technical stakeholders to understand and capture current state, to work with them to capture business requirements and document desired future state, and translate into proper system requirement specifications.
2. Formulate, structure and define systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and requirements
3. Work within small team, supporting China and APAC countries including Project Managers, Solution Architects, Technical Architects, while also leveraging large pool of Global Development resource, ensure projects have the necessary level of robust process and requirements documentation to allow handover to Production teams
Top Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience, with minimum of 5 years systems analysis and/or business analysis experience.
2. Knowledge of business-wide applications (e.g. third party software and internal operational applications, etc.)
3. Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements as well as underlying infrastructure applications, systems and processes to enable execution of those skills.
Special Requirements
1. Experience/understanding of pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is preferred, as well as experience in information services or BI industries (highly preferred)
2. Very strong English communication and inter-personal skills
3. Willingness/ability to travel within APAC
