Our client is a world leading innovator in the medical device/solutions industry.
 
Key Responsibilities:
In essence, the main focus/orientation of this role is to drive the analysis, planning and strategic development of their dealer management channels. The major responsibilities are to:
1)    Provide Business Intelligence insights in order to develop strategies and recommendations to key stakeholders, including the BU head,
2)    Define, develop and construct a Business Intelligence framework and platform through the establishment of an effective process to collect and analysis data
3)    Drive activities in forecasting, and financial and data analysis in order to provide creative and innovation solutions and strategic changes for management’s consideration
 
Top 3 Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have/be:  
1) Ideally 6+ years’ experience in business data analysis in a managerial position. Medical device background (or related life-sciences background) is preferred
2) Strong business and strategic orientation. Rich experience in dealer data collecting and its system/process setup, strong forecasting and data analysis skills
3) Strong interpersonal skill and people manage skills, and good written & oral English
 
Special Requirements:
1) Process oriented
2) Sales Operations, Internal Control or Commercial Finance background is a plus
3) Computer literate on Microsoft Office software
