Senior AP Accountant – Top Luxury Brand – CBD, Shanghai
Our client company is a Top Luxury goods company controlled by the world’s largest luxury group. The company designs and retails fashion products throughout its portfolio of retail stores worldwide. Now they are expanding aggressively in Asia region, especially in China. As their business fast growth, they now seek a Senior AP Accountant to join in their Finance team.
Location: CBD, Shanghai
Reporting to: AP Manager
Responsibilities:
•Proceed AP booking and supervise team members booking on daily base.
•Review payment requisition for accuracy, propriety, proper authorization, adequacy and completeness of supporting documentation and proper coding in accordance with internal control policy and procedures
•Prepare all A/P entries in A/P module in time
•Monitor & Supervise major vendor’s reconciliation which should be performed on monthly base.
•Review and improve Inter-companies reconciliation process.
•Review with line manager AP ageing report and provide payment plan according to priorities.
•Involve in cash flow planning together with line managers and FD on monthly base.
Requirements:
•Prefer Female candidate
•5~7 years working experience in the AP booking & supervision in multi-national company. Relevant experiences in Retail/FMCG/Luxury industry is a plus
•SAP user
•Be familiar with PRC GAAP and IFRS
•Common sense, pro-activity and good communication skills, result oriented and have service attitude
